As a responsible small business, we are, in the current circumstances, taking a few steps to ensure that we are adhering to the best protocols and ensuring that we can continue business as normal should the need arise to self-isolate or if there was a mandatory lockdown. In this regard we are taking the following steps.

  •  With immediate effect, any meetings that are held at the office will be conducted without a handshake. Non-contact greetings will be practiced.
  • For any client that would prefer to have a virtual meeting rather than an in-person meeting, we now have the options to undertake such a meeting. Please let us know in advance and we will make the necessary arrangements.
  • On Friday 13th March, we are planning to have a dry run of the entire office working from home. We anticipate a few teething issues but we hope that our systems are robust enough to cope. Therefore, on Friday the office telephone will not be manned so if you would like to talk to a member of our team, please do email them to request a call back. In this scenario, they will call you using their personal mobile phones and therefore, the ‘no caller-ID’ feature on their phones will be activated in order to maintain their privacy. Alternatively, we will also be offering a conference call facility should you require.

We trust you appreciate that these actions are being taking in order to ensure that we can provide our services to yourselves in any eventuality that may or may not transpire.
