Being a friend ...

Whilst we are in business to make money, we hope that we can achieve a lot more than that. Very often accountants and financial advisers are seen as a necessary evil - the people that come in once a year to 'do the books'. To many, the absence of the Revenue and Customs authorities would mean no need for accountants.

We hope that our clients see us as something more than that. We would like to think that they see us as colleagues in the development of their objectives both business and personal, someone that they can talk to, someone who does not pre-judge them but who accepts them for what they are, someone who can understand their frustrations and difficulties, someone who will attempt to reconcile them with the authorities when something goes wrong and who will get immense pleasure when everything goes right. We don't achieve this all the time but we sure try. We can promise you that throughout our relationship we will treat you with integrity, discretion and respect.
